Nature of the Services
TDF (Pty) Ltd (“TDF”) provides an online an independent loan origination platform at www.TribalDevelopmentFund.com ("the Website") which allows:
• business owners in South Africa to apply for different types of funding based on their unique profile and requirements
• diverse South African lenders to offer their suite of funding products to potential loan-seekers.
TDF IS NOT a financial services provider. It does not provide any recommendations or advice regarding which lender may be best for you.
Based on the information provided by you, TDF finds you the lowest rate offered by our funding partners and connects you with the lenders who have the lowest rate and prepared to offer you funding. You have the opportunity to accept or reject any lenders funding offer without reason. TDF does not make any warranties or representations in respect of any lender, their products or services.
Each lender will undertake its own credit vetting exercise once you engage them off the back of a referral from TDF.
The funding offer made lenders in no way implies that any application by you will be successful.
TDF's Website is provided at no charge to you. We are paid an origination fee by the lender if your funding application is successful. The matching process is in no way influenced by our commercial arrangement with any lender.
Use of the Website
These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms") govern your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you and TDF.
TDF reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time and without notice. and each time you access and/or use the Website you will be bound by the terms as at the date of such use. A new agreement will come into effect each time you access and/or use the
Website.
A certificate signed by the administrator responsible for maintaining the Website will be prima facie proof of the date of publication and content of the current version and all previous versions of these Terms.
In order to use the services offered by TDF you are required to register on the TDF database as a client. Furthermore, you are required to agree to the TDF Terms and conditions every time you submit an application form. TDF reserves the right to refuse your registration at any time.
TDF's services are targeted at the corporate, SME market. It does not offer products or services to individuals.

Ownership and Copyright
The copyright in all information, material and logos vesting in TDF and its licensees shall continue to vest in TDF and no right, title or interest in any proprietary material or information contained in this website is granted to you hereunder.
Without detracting from the a foregoing, TDF hereby authorises you to view, copy, download to a local drive, print and distribute the content of this website, or any part thereof, provided that:
• such content is used for information purposes only;
